FormatFace-to-face event. Each session consists of 2 short lectures, followed by workshop of the same topics.
Accreditation2 CME Point HKCFP (Cat. 5.2) for each session, max. 10 CME for whole course
2 CME Point MCHK (pending) for each session, max. 10 CME for whole course
CertificateFor those who have attended 4 sessions or more and have fulfilled the attendance requirement
would be given an “e-Certificate of Attendance” jointly issued by HKCFP & HKSPM.
Admission FeeHKCFP Member : HK$1,200.00 for the whole course and priority would be given to HKCFP members
Non-member : HK$2,400.00 for the whole course

CertificateParticipants who have achieved 70% (4 of 6 lectures) or above attendance will be entitled to a Certificate.
Attendance record will be collected by the login and logout times.
Participants are required to fill in the online evaluation form, which will be send by email around two weeks after the course finished.
Participants can download their e-Receipt and e-Certificate after submitted the online evaluation form.

[Research Promotion] End-of-life communication practices in Hong Kong

TopicEnd-of-life communication practices in Hong Kong
About the researchCommunication is an important part of the work people do in all care services. This research project is exploring how training, mentoring and education can be improved to support the communication skills of end-of-life care workers. The research is aimed at all people working in end-of-life care services in Hong Kong (including social workers, volunteers, clinicians). This research is funded by a grant from the University Grants Council of Hong Kong. All research activities will be conducted in Chinese.
